Serving Westchester and Rockland Counties for More Than 50 Years
In 1959, Leon Greenspan opened his own White Plains law practice and began a career dedicated to effective legal representation and active involvement in community service. When his son Michael Greenspan joined the firm in 1992, that dedication doubled.
Now with offices in White Plains and New City, Greenspan & Greenspan offers a unique mix of practice strengths on a wide range of business and individual legal problems. For business clients, our law firm provides advice and litigation counsel on issues ranging from tax law and employment to international business transactions. We recently opened an affiliated office in Boca Raton, Florida, to meet the growing needs of our business and injury clients.
For individual clients, our practice focuses primarily on serious personal injury and wrongful death claims, New York DWI defense, and problems related to tax audits and investigations. No matter what your legal problem involves, you can count on our attorneys for personalized service, practical solutions and highly skilled representation in court whenever a dispute cannot be resolved otherwise.
Offering Versatile Representation for New Yorkers Spending Time in Florida
We understand that many New Yorkers frequently travel to Florida. If you or a loved one spends much of the year in New York but has been injured in Florida or while traveling to Florida, our law firm offers a distinct advantage. Our lawyers are licensed in both Florida and New York, and will be able to meet with you in either state.
Leon Greenspan and Michael Greenspan have been honored as leaders in the legal community and in the Rockland County sports, civic and charitable communities. The County of Rockland and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America recognized the Greenspan & Greenspan law firm for their pro bono service to 9-11 victims and their families.
Our White Plains office is located downtown, near the Metro North station and two blocks from the Westchester County and Federal Courthouses. If you need to park for more than a half hour, we recommend the Longview-Cromwell Municipal Garage; otherwise, street parking is usually available right in front of our building. Our New City office is conveniently located at the South Main Street Gateway to downtown New City near the Rockland County Courthouse.
