Beth Finkelstein joins our firm after a 14 year tenure with the Rockland County District Attorney's Office where she rose to the level of Executive Assistant District Attorney in charge of the narcotics division. Ms. Finkelstein earned a reputation as an accomplished trial attorney. She has the distinction of being the only prosecutor in Rockland County's history to convict a defendant of Murder without the recovery of the victim's body.

Ms. Finkelstein founded the Rockland County Drug Court in 1996 which serves as a model for developing Drug Courts across the Country. Ms. Finkelstein has lectured widely to Federal and State Law Enforcement agencies as well as the Criminal Defense Bar on issues relating to criminal law. In 2005, her accomplishments were recognized by The Journal News and the Rockland Economic Development Corporation as one of Rockland's dynamic individuals under forty who have made significant contributions to their community.
