Greenspan & Greenspan, P.C. Injury Lawyers don’t just stop fighting for justice when a judge makes a decision in an injury case – they do whatever it takes to ensure clients get fair results. In the case of Higgins v Stelmach, which involves a motorcycle accident, the court wrongly determined the defendant did not act negligently, which in turn, negatively impacts the personal injury case for the plaintiff. However, Greenspan & Greenspan, P.C. filed an appeal on behalf of the plaintiff, citing evidence found in the papers presented to the judge including witness testimony from the scene of the accident. The appellate court reversed and rightly determined that the defendant driver was responsible for the collision, giving new life to the case and ensuring that justice is properly served.
