You hire us by signing a Fee Agreement, authorizations we prepare & providing your documents.
4. Patient Medical Requests
We send the patient record request package (the authorization & letter you signed) to your initial medical providers right away.
5. You Must Treat
You continue to receive treatment with your medical providers.
Immediate Track
If surgery occurs within the first 2 weeks after your injury, we send the operative report & try to settle your case quickly.
If not, we proceed accordingly.
Developing Track
Conservative care first — therapies & treatment leads to surgery.
Standard Track
After 6 months of treating or when you finish treating depending on your injuries.
6a. Early Settlement Attempt
We send the operative report & try to settle your case quickly.
If not, your case proceeds.
6b. Collect & Organize
As you complete treatment with each provider, we collect remaining records & organize them into timelines & cost summaries.
7. Finish Collecting
When you finish treating, we complete record collection & organization.
Recovery completion determines when the case is ready for the demand process or after 6 months, your injury meets what the law requires to satisfy the injury threshold with sufficient, consistent care, we may proceed to demand.
8. Draft Demand
We draft a written letter that establishes liability, explains your injuries & impact, supported by medical records & other documents.
9. Submit Demand
We submit the extensive thorough demand packet to the adjuster or defense, which opens the door for settlement negotiations & seeks resolution without going to court.
10. Settle or Litigate
We aim to settle but if the other side is unreasonable, we meet with you to decide if litigation is next.
