Silber10 July 2026I chose Greenspan & Greenspan Injury Lawyers to represent me before two insurers, and ultimately an independent arbitrator, after being severely injured in a pedestrian auto crash. It was an emotionally and physically trying ordeal with both insurers adding insult to my injury by seeming to slow-walk a clearcut case of life changing and serious injury that required spinal surgery for two compression fractures caused by unchallengable driver liability. Consequently, I sometimes became aggravated and impatient with the process. Yet, everyone I interacted with at Greenspan & Greenspan remained patient, professional and respectful toward me. Not to mention strategically deploying their legal skills and effectively preparing me for my own role in the various stages of the case. Oh, and every staff member who also worked on my behalf was always as pleasant and helpful as can be. In the end, the firm secured total No Fault coverage for my medical treatments and reimbursement for related losses and expenses. Greenspan & Greenspan also successfully sued the first insurer for the entire amount of their client's liability policy. Then, turning to my own carrier under the Supplementary Under-Insured Motorist (SUM) coverage I had, they saw me through adjustor negotiation, mediation, and finally arbitration to what I felt was a just and satisfactory arbitrator's award. I would urge others involved in any such injury case to retain Greenspan & Greenspan on the basis of their obviously effective talents, pro-active client engagement style, and principled dedication to obtaining just and deserved compensation for their clients.Posted on Google

It was best to take a settlement and the settlement happened very quickly.
